Anita Gunnufson, writing as Anita Lynn, is drawn to romance because the stories have a positive message and a happy ending. "I enjoy the stories most when the characters make a difference in the lives of those around them as I try to do in mine."
Happily married for over 20 years to her real life hero, Craig, she uses bits and pieces of him in every hero she creates. They have two sons, Brandon and Mathew and two grandchildren. "Because I’ve been divorced, I understand the pain of having a marriage fail and appreciate how wonderful it is to have a good marriage."
Anita has worked as a Woman’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner since 1978. Naturally, most of her novels reflect her medical background.
She is currently residing in So. California but is looking forward to returning to her other home in Flagstaff, AZ. Her dogs, who miss their walks in the forest, are also looking forward to returning there.
